Bridging Worlds: Exchange Between Universidad de los Andes and Bard College Berlin Gives Students Academic and Cultural Benefits

The recently established partnership between Bard College Berlin and Universidad de los Andes is fostering rich exchanges that are benefiting students both academically and culturally. Not only can students at both institutions enroll in virtual OSUN classes held at locations halfway across the world while receiving academic credit but they can also exchange semesters and experience life in a way that deepens their understanding of very different cultures. In this article from Bard College Berlin, students Diego and Julia explain how studying abroad gave them an appreciation for multiculturally diverse, firsthand experiences that helped them to think beyond prior external representations.
