Alisa Alybaeva

American University of Central Asia

Alisa Alybaeva is an Assistant Professor in the Master of Arts in Teaching Program at the American University of Central Asia. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from the American University of Central Asia (2021, Kyrgyzstan) and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the International University of Kyrgyzstan (2009, Kyrgyzstan).

Alisa joined AUCA in 2011 as an English Language Instructor at the Continuing Education Center. She later worked as a Teaching Associate in the MAT Program (2021–2022) and became a full-time Assistant Professor in 2022. She completed the Center for Liberal Arts and Sciences Pedagogy (CLASP) Fellows Program at the Bard College Institute for Writing and Thinking (2023–2025) and holds a Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA, 2018).
