GEOHUB

Digital Storytelling with ArcGis StoryMaps

Deadline Expired on November 18, 2022
Friday, November 18
7 AM New York l 1 PM Vienna

OSUN's GeoHub is organizing a workshop for beginners and anyone interested in learning about ArcGIS StoryMaps – a powerful tool for creating interactive presentations and telling stories, through maps.

ArcGIS Story Maps provides a platform that combines maps with narrative text, images, and multimedia to create compelling, user-friendly web apps. A story can effect change, influence opinion, and create awareness. ArcGIS StoryMaps help to give a narrative a stronger sense of place, illustrate spatial relationships, and add visual appeal and credibility.

The GeoHub workshop does not require any mapping experience and is open to students and staff across OSUN member institutions.
