Summer Workshop: Debate In the Classroom—Writing, Speaking, Teaching

The OSUN Global Debate Network and OSUN Center for Liberal Arts and Sciences Pedagogy invite faculty members from across the OSUN network to join us July 9-14, 2023 at Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, NY for a fully funded weeklong workshop on facilitating classroom debates.In this hands-on, interactive workshop, we will think, read, and write about best practices for classroom debates as well as walk through several practical exercises that faculty can implement to integrate debate and public speaking into their classes. The institute will culminate in an exciting public debate.
